The roll of the paper machine is coated with an omniphobic TFC PU-Hybrid coating, which is used to protect the roll from corrosion caused by process chemicals and to prevent process materials from sticking to the roll to avoid quality deviations.
A Dhow is a traditional Arabian sailing ship. The vessel in the photo is intended for racing use and successfully participated in the Al Gaffal Dhow Race Dubai sailing competition. We coated the hull with a hydrodynamic drag reducing TFC coating for the competition.
The omniphobic coating of the steel pipes of the biogas plant’s slurry heat exchanger prevents the material from sticking to the pipe surfaces. Clean surfaces conduct heat more efficiently and the need for maintenance is significantly reduced
